I honestly can’t remember how I came across this site but I’m so glad that I did! It’s a series of informal interviews with our generation’s top most influential women! I spent an entire day going through the list and was enlightened by what they all had to say. The one thing I noticed the most is how almost all of them stated that the top challenge women of our generation are facing these days is balancing home life and work life, career and family.

Check out the interviews from Martha Stewart, Condoleezza Rice, Erin Brockovich, Katie Couric, and Dr Ruth. Just in writing this I found new videos I haven’t watched yet!! Ahhh, there goes the day 🙂
