Pepperoni Pasta

 

• 1 box of rigatoni noodles (however many noodles as you’d like)
• 1 jar of pasta sauce (whichever is your favorite)
• 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup of cheddar cheese
• 1 package of pepperonis

•1– In a large pot boil Rigatoni noodles. After boiled, strain & place noodles in a glass pan. If you are using a full box of Rigatoni, a 13X9 glass pan works best.
•2– Once noodles are placed in pan, empty the entire jar of pasta sauce onto the noodles. Stir.
•3– Cover the noodle mixture with pepperonis. Add as many as you’d like.
•4– Last, add the mozzarella & the cheddar cheese on top of pepperonis. Place in the oven on 375 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
